Draft. Small white head, yellow transparent body with no visible carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing, The aroma was malty and mildly hoppy. The flavor was malty, mildly hoppy, bready, citrus, and lightly bitter. The mouthfeel was tingly and this is a medium bodied beer. An easy to drink beer, but not very refreshing IMO.

This draft brew from a beer festival poured a very large sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated light yellow colored body and thick foamy lacing. The weak aroma was lagerish. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The thin flavor contained notes of malt and mild hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of honey, pilsner malts, and European hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of biscuit, white bread, and honey countered by an assertive spicy hop bitterness. Smooth and semi- dry grassy finish. Solid Pilsener in my book- because it has detectable hops and is not watery.

Draft at brew pub. Poured clear golden in color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of light hops, light citrus and pilsner malts. Tastes of basically the same. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering earthy hop taste. Not bad.

On draught at the brewpub in Bloomington, Indiana. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with an average sized white head that slowly dissipates to a thin creamy white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of light golden grain malt, some grassy hops and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with flavors of bready golden grain malt, some citrus zest and a touch of grassy hops. Finish is crisp, with a short lived golden grain malt aftertaste.

Objectively speaking: Like their Saison, this relies heavily on malts and ultimately feels like a hoppy helles.
I like: Fair white head covers the clear, soft golden. The considerable dose of hops is able to bring some refreshment into the equation. Not limited to graininess, but not the best extracted malt flavours, it lacks some fresh breadiness. Clean through and through.
I dislike: Not entirely fitting full body which diminishes the drinkability.

I went ahead and dug up my brief notes from GTMW to get this beer to 10 ratings: Bready and herbal with a a slight DMS note. Smooth and easy to drink but not as refreshing as I hoped it would be. A very average pils IMO.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours bright golden yellow with a pure white head. Some lace left behind. Clean malt nose. Lightly hoppy with some herbs. I managed to find out that they used Sterling hops. Very hoppy and bitter with a sturdy malt backbone. Really easy to drink and easily kept my interest to the bottom of the glass. Medium body with a fairly high amount of carbonation. Dry malty finish. Really nice beer and I hope to find it in my local store some day soon.
