Jun 1, 2003 Pours a beautiful dark brown/black color whith a nice head. Lacks in flavor. It was very watery with small hints of toastedness, and sweetness. You really have to be looking to notice this. I was expecting better.

Jun 1, 2003 Dark body with a long lasting head. Flavors and aroma are pretty boring with nothing really standing out. I guess it would be an alright alternative to a lager if nothing else was available, but it is nothing to seek out

Mar 30, 2003 Very nice dark ale, good aroma and smooth finish. Goes great with a strip steak and Don Cherry on TV. Now take off, eh!

Mar 8, 2003 This is a very good beer. I had it at a keg party (I know not typical of keggers) and it was fantastic. Decided to buy a bottle of it later and it proved well again. Nice malty taste, very creamy!
