Jul 21, 2004 Gaaaak! This was terrible. Stinky, biscuit-malt aroma. Decent label. Yecchy, dry, funky malt flavor. Clingy and lingering -- and I’m not just dogging this because it’s a light beer.

Apr 29, 2004 Lubiere gave me and Mkobes a variety 6 pack, so many thanks and cheers to him! Piss yellow brew with a white lasting head. This beer is just a shade above typical macro swill, for it has an all malt flavor to it. Very will made, but lacking in hop character, and very light.

Apr 13, 2004 Nice foamy head. Sweet aroma. Light yellow appearance. I enjoyed the sharp dry taste. Although easily drunk, unimpressive.

Mar 30, 2004 This is an attempt (and a good one)to ape a standard mega brewer's light lager....to be more blunt what I belive they attempted to do was improve on Labatt's blue light (which they did) and steal Labatt's blue regular drinkers....which they could. This is probably one of the better light beers I have ever tasted but it is so much like Labatt's blue I gotta ask why bother when full strength 5% blue is so prevailant?
Pours a darker yellow than most mega-brew light beers. Has some slight detectable whiffs of malt and hop and has a small fast to disappear head.
Starts like a light pilsner then goes to a watery palate and non spectacular finish. This is in the same taste range as Labatt's Blue but with less ABV.
A good rendition of a light pilsner lager beer but too weak in character for my taste.

Feb 2, 2004 This one pours a light yellow colour with not much of a brite white head. Smells really bland.Slight scent of hops and malt. First taste wasn't too bad with a watery/hoppy taste. Finish was smooth due to the watery flavour and ended slightly bitter.

Jan 4, 2004 A very crisp light lager, not watery compared to some. A good thirst quencher and a refreshing light beer.
