A sweet malty beer but I can’t really pull the maple flavour from this. That would be an interesting beer in premise, but it doesn’t come close to its description.

341ml brown bottle. Poured orange, thin white foam on top. Maple sap aroma, caramels and malt. Caramel sweetness, roasted malt notes. Some nuttiness. faint maple note in the finish.Would have liked a bit less carbonation and more of the maple flavours to come through.

Appearance: Pours a darker coloured copper body, with an off-white head that was literally gone in the blink of an eye. Has it gone flat? Aroma is candy, hops, and some malt, but the candy isn’t really maple. Taste is sweet candy, malty, earthy a little. Not really getting maple here. Finish is watery, bitter aftertaste. Some carbonation noticable.

Brownish orange body, with suprisingly no head at all! Slight carbonation visible. Aromas are sweet, malty, slight hops. Taste is malty, sweet, slight earthyness, nothing extravagant. Watery, average sorta sorta skunky aftertaste. Not bad.

no flavour.......this appears to be a trend among upper canada beers. very difficult to pick out maple flavour. minor maple in the aroma.

bottle. lots of malt and a reasonable amount of maple in the aroma. smells pretty fresh. hazy orange in colour with a small fizzy head. just the right amount of maple flavour, very soft and not too sweet. excellent stuff.

variety pack no. 1 -- oh yum! A nice amber pour with a quick carbonated head... trace bubbles... it could use more maple, but it’s there along with a heckuvalotta malt. I find this one smooth and it was probably the best of the pack.

Decent amber color, small off white head that faded quickly leaving little behind. The aroma was malty and some what sweet with just a faint hint of maple but i think you have to almost wish to be there to actually be there. The flavor was malty and slight hint of caramel with a bit of hops something that resembles a fruit side but hard to say with a fast dissappearing maple hint coming on.Not a bad brew and in fact quite easy to drink and some what pleasant in a weird sort of way. It’s worth trying again but only in moderation.
