Jan 4, 2004 A sweet ale. I could have finished a whole case in one night, but like other UCBC products, it leaves an aftertaste of fresh-baked bread. Also, it didn't find it very maply at all.

I’d buy again. You can enjoy it. Can’t really put my finger on the taste. Not very strong, not very light. Different. I liked it.
Can’t say i can taste the maple. But i cna’t really taste the honey in ’honey brown either’

Jan 12, 2004 Pours a medium copper. with a creamy light brown head. The aroma is a combination of a light malt with toasted grain notes. Slightly sugary but couldn't find the maple.
Initial tasting found a soft carbonation with a moderate sugar / malt taste. I found it hard to find the maple in this one, but I have tasted it before in this beer. The flavour finish had a moderate sweetness trailing to a almost oily bitter end. Medium bodied finish with a creamy texture...sugary malt.
