Not great as a beer, but fairs well next to other pale, non-alc lagers.

Damn trickery! I asked the waiter about this and he didn’t know anything. Low ABV my ass! Bastard! Anyway, I got a very pale golden beer with a very thin smattering of lace. Zero aroma. Pale malt flavour, similar to Clausthaler NA but with less body, if that’s even possible.

A small buzz from the alcohol still possible without food. Better in a meal. Best feature: More of a beer than a malt beverage. Some malt sweetness, but more hop bitterness. Pronounced carbonation. fine red colour.

This beer was sampled at Cest What (bottle). Aroma of wet wheat, old moldy malt. Thin body, flavor a la blended processed cardboard, light sweetener added. Leaves bad mouthfeel, which thankfully does not last long.

Bottle, C’est What. Crisp very pale yellow body with a gorgeous fluffy white head. And that’s the best part about it. Aroma is actually sort of unpleasant with a hint of malt to it. Tastes like the malt extract from a homebrew diluted many times. Long lingereing aftertaste pollutes your mouth for a while. Palate is very light. I have had it now, now I can never have it again.

Mmmm... 0.9% Alcohol. What else can one expect? Poured fine, though I think the picture to the left is generous... Coloured water.

Mild sweet aroma, golden, large white head. Metalic, malty corn. Sticky sweet, fair for a low alcohol beer.

I prefer this to the light lager. Actually a little more flavour in this and maybe even a hint of a malty taste. Still not something I’d reach for, but when compared against others in its style, it fares pretty well. But 0.9%, so why, really?
