Hey, the best so far from these guys! Body is golden in colour, with a decent sized white head. Aroma is grainy and hops. Very bitter taste, and some cereal corn flavours, but mostly hops bitterness above all. COuld use some more flavour notes. Nice bite on the tounge and palate overall. A decent brew.

bottle. aroma is mainly of malt. orange-golden colour with a generous fluffy white head. Moderately hoppy. So far this is my favourite of the Upper Canada brews, it’s actually quite nice and I wouldn’t turn it down if someone offered me one :)

Mildly sweet... watery... nice balance though... it’s golden colour and strong white head is nice... aromatic? not really... MALTS! Yeah, it’s worth giving this a try.

Nice golden color, small off white head that faded to nothing in a hurry.Light malt aroma with a mild hop presence and some what sweet. The flavor was malty and mildly hopped with a bit of toffee and definately alcohol. The taste was nothing special and kind of just nasty all around. It doesn’t fit the style at all IMO but as it warms up it kind of grows on you a bit but not enough to make you want it all the time.Try it once but anything beyond that is up to you.

Has a pickley, pond-water like aroma, with some heavy alcohol accents. Dark golden appearance with a thick soapy white head. Has a slight biscuity taste to it with some underlying caramel sweetness to it. Has bit of a tangy mouthfeel to it. Not altogether bad. Alcohol makes itself a little too evident considering it is only 6%.

A pickley lager aroma. Darkish gold, functional label, screwoff cap. Strongly hopped and crackery, light sweetness, some yeasty-dough stuff going on. Finishes like it tastes. Sturdy body. Refreshing and not half bad.

Pours clear gold with a modestly lacing off white head. Lots of carb. Earthy and peppery with a light hop floral nose. Roasty but really green in the bitter area. Robust bready. But then the cheap sweet corn and malt liqour flavours creep in. It’s just bitter enough in the finish to save it. Still, it’s pretty good for U.C..
