Sleeman’s has made a lot of decent beers in their day, but this one is great. A bit heavy in the taste department, but it can kick the lager you’re drinking now’s ass! Wish I could get if for less that $14.00 a 12 here in the states. In case you’re wondering why the hell this guy from Ohio writes so much about Canadian beer, I’ll tell you.... I used to go to Windsor twice a month several years ago, as I managed a rather crappy band that was tossed out of Ohio bar scene. Since all I had to dowas make sure they got paid, most of my evenings were spent drinking beer, and chatting with the locals. So I’ve had a ton of canadian beer, some good, and a great deal bad. Way too bitter, way too carbonated and very strong on the palate. Bad aftertaste as well. Maybe I had a bad bottle, but this was a grotesque experience. Strange Brew (156), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
