Bottle:   Hazy straw, grapefruit hues, large foamy white head, enjoyable lacing.   Strong floral nose, pansies, sweet peas, and pixie stix dust.   Reminds me quite a bit of Southampton Cuvee des Fleurs.   Amazing aroma.   A little more subdued on the tongue, floral yet wheaty.   Not as bright as other Saisons.   A little more farmouse/barnish.   Light, clean, with a very soft floral finish.   Could stand to be a bit bubblier and also spicier, but as is its a unique American made Saison.   Definitely worth a try!

750 ml bottle graciously sent my way by bvc. Pour is a cloudy orange yellow golden with a nice firm 2 inch white head. Aroma of pineapple citrus fruit, citric wheat and a nice light earth yeastiness. Taste is the nose, with the sweet citrus fruit up front followed closely by a nice citric wheat body. Yeast kicks in the finish with floral notes, some clove, some more citric wheat and finally the aftertaste has the citrus fruit again. Nice transitions of flavor. Palate is medium, very drinkable - particularly as an accompaniment to Thanksgiving dinner. Aftertaste is a touch muddled between the fruit and yeast, otherwise quite nice. Thanks Brandon, you are always super generous and certainly know what types of beers I like.

Tap @ Upright... Poured orange with a white head. Herbal, floral nose. Refreshing, crisp palate. Herbal, weed-like flavors and hops before a yeasty, estery, wheat finish.
