Commercial Description:
Seven is reminiscent of the strong saisons of Belgium yet uses only Oregon-grown ingredients. This beer is very aromatic with bright citric flavors from both the hops and our house yeast.

Arooma is lemony, white cake, black pepper and pear. slightly cloudy with a frothy head, golden glow. Mile flavor, slight tartness in overall blance with light malt and belgian yeast flavor. so subdued & balanced i’m a little underwhelmed, yet the cleanness of it all, and the extra mouth-heft of it makes it hard to dismiss.

Great farmhouse smell off of this. Light orange-ish color. Slight tart finish. Refreshing.

[RATING 1000!!!] Tap from Organic Brewers Fest... Poured cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters. Well carbonated. Peachy fruit flavors and a little hoppy. A smooth, grainy balance.
