Commercial Description:
A distinctive mouth-watering wheat beer. Produced with natural ingredients including Belgian malt, unmalted wheat, corriander, sweet orange peel, raw flower hops and the signature Belgian wit yeast. The notes of citrus along with the beer's light body make this beer great with food.

Draft sample at Upstream Old Market. Poured hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium clove wheat aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet spice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.

On tap at brewpub in Omaha 7/04/08. Murky copper orange color with no head. Smooth and good carbonation. Flavor is of oranges and ever so slight touch of corriander. Wheat flavor comes out at the end along with a light hops bitterness. This makes it a well balanced beer as the beginning is slightly sweet. The down side of this beer is that the palate is very watery, otherwise it would have a lot going for it.

On tap at the Old Market brewpub, 8/19/05: Copper-orange with a good head. Served in a tulip glass. Light corriander tinge with a definite orange-peel twist, perhaps excentuated by the slice I removed from the rim. Refreshing, if not just a bit heavy for the style.
