jefcon (997), Arlington, Virginia, USA Dec 29, 2004 Tap. May now be known as "American Wheat." Cloudy, smooth, but no esters and little wheaty fullness. No finish. This beer also falls victim to the watery complacency of several other offerings from this brewer. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Dec 1, 2003 Updated: Apr 29, 2004(Draught) Pours a cloudy yellow color with little to no head. No flavor to this Hefeweizen.... jamrun (137), Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA Oct 3, 2003 beutiful color and cloudy, no aroma thick in body for a wheat no flvor and same yeast profile as all upstream beers. I think tey made the mistake of using one yeast for all style of their beer heykevin (1269), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Jan 28, 2002 I thought this was awful. Really sweet with an overabundance of phenolics. Yuk. K-V-F-L (292), LaVista, Nebraska, USA Oct 25, 2001 Reminded me more of a Belgian Wit. Mine, unfortunately, was not cloudy. Indra (2023), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA May 13, 2001 Updated: Sep 24, 2006Very traditional German Hefe. Extremely evident yeast flavors, generous head, and attractive cloudy golden-yellow color. Tasty.
