Small Belgian Head. Tight bubbles, but not that many. Almost clear for a Belgian. Aroma of malt and fruit, orange perhaps. Taste not what I expected after the aroma as it has strong hints of toffee with butterscotch and a touch of sherry. Slight citrus but predominant flavor is a mix of all these with an barely perceivable underlying tone of spice. Nice mouth feel, very nice. Body not heavy, but definitely not thin. This is an excellent tripel. I will have to try their other products. Beer hunting with types like these yet to be discovered is marvelous.

75cl bottle from Jans Wine and Boos #2 (Tampa, FL). Rated on 4/1/08. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thick white head. Good head retention and lively carbonation. Aroma is honey, caramel with a soft hops note. Flavor is apple, apple cider, faint phenol , complex Belgian yeast notes. Medium-bodied ale with a slightly watery finish.

pours golden yellow, fuzzy white head. Smells yeasty and sort of citrusy and slightly alcoholic. The flavor has a subtle orange taste or maybe its just citrus, also the alcohol is really evident and warming. This is a decent tripel.

33cl bottle. Trade with Bierkoning. Thanks. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head that drags some handsome lacings. Aroma is of yeast - quite sweet, & some spices. Full bodied & smooth palate. Sweet & sticky taste with lots of orange fruits, yeast & a hint of pepper & hops. Alcohol is truly well hidden. Great Triple!
