Hazy gold color color with a large head. Lots of corriander in the aroma. Spicy taste with some yeast. It finishes up bitter and alcoholic.

This poured a hazy straw color with a tall, fizzy head that was well sustained throughout the drink, albeit in a lesser state. The aroma is a light sweet malt, mildly yeasty with cherries and apricots. Light bodied and oily, it retains that fruity flavor, now supported by a strong bite of alcohol. The finish is surprizingly clean. Not bad over all.

pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a small head and a medium amount of lacing. Warm oak aroma with mild fruit undertones. Fruity, warm and very smooth flavor. An almost grapefruit like taste on the palate with lots of yeast through-out the whole beer.

Pours hazy apricot colored with medium white head that slowly diminishes. The nose is rather sweet apricot and banana with a hint of allspice and cinammon. Flavor initially is apricot and cream, honey, rather bitter cinnamon and cardamom. Finishes with an intensely sweet and alcoholic maple syrup. Medium mouthfeel and nice bitter aftertaste. Pretty good stuff.

Is it possible to think a beer is really good without being a big fan of the flavor. This smelled awesome, looked great, had a perfect body, but had too much of a honey flavor for my personal taste. It really stuck out; probably because I don’t really like honey. Still, this intrigued me enough to want to try some more.

I love this beer. It was one of the first Belgium beers I tasted. I prefer the Ale style with it’s floral bouquet and light brown sugar spice taste. A great experience visually and throught the taste buds.

The finest tripel I have had to date. I wish I had taken better notes on this. Yeasty, fruity, crisp and spicy. Really excellent stuff. I’m going to have to get a bottle of this for myself.
