Bottle: Cloudy yellow, medium to large rocky white head, sticky lacing, lively carbonation.   Subtle citrusy aroma, yeastie, lightly bready, with a slight floral aspect.   Sharp floral flavor, lightly spiced, lingering citrus.   Moderate body, bubbley mouthfeel.   Spicy finish, slight pepper, yeastie, somewhat sweet, tasty.   Good, but I keep thinking about Allagash Tripel...

Poured a golden color with a small white head. Sweet aroma of both sweet and citrusy fruit and yeast. Flavor was sweet fruity, some banana and a little spice on the finish. Alcohol is very well hidden.

4oz sample...not too impressive in any way...pretty dead aroma, and just a slightly fruity flavor...leaning towards boring.

Murky yellow golden colour with a white foamy head that goes on forever. A head that lasts all the way to the bottom of the glass. Sweet hoppy malt flavour. Very light spiritus flavour considering the alchol. Smooth yet fizzy palate.

Tap @ Toronado. Golden slightly hazy color. Somewhat sour and dry with a strong aftertaste of apple. Nicely warming with some sugar sweetness. I was surprised at how this tasted compared to what I expected from the tripel.

Pours a hazy golden color with a big white head that really sticks around. Aroma is a spicy candy with a hint of pepper. Sweet and spicy flavors dominate with a tangy finish.

Bottle. Clouded gold with a tall foamy white head. Nose is lightly spiced with big flowery notes, yeast, ripe fruits, and candy sugar. Taste is sweet and malty with nice flowery notes throughout. The yeast creeps in duirng the whole experience while ripened fruit notes vie for attention. Body is light-medium with lots of carbonation feel. Light lingering bitterness during the finish along with more yeast, flowers in bloom, light candied fruit notes, malt and spicy hops. Nice beer!
