Draught sample at the Gingerman. Pours a hazy amber with a thin but stubborn white head. Smells of dry pilsner malt, some noble hops, spicy, some peppery splashes, perfumy. Tastes dry and earthy with some semi sweet perfumy hints on the finish. Enjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Spicy aroma and sweet flavors of honey, light hops and some fruit. A good beer but nothing to get excited about.

Pours out golden haze with a dense white head. Aroma a bit soury, not unpleasant. Tastes with a lot of Co2 a little flat, slightly bitter, some taste of the hops. with a slightly dry finish. Alcohol is clearly present. NIce but not special.

Aroma is a muddled mixture of fruit and sweet malt, topped off with a bit of yeast. Flavor has some hints of hops (in the form of grass/herbal notes) with a hint of sweetness, almost like honey. Alcohol is present from start to finish, although does not get in the way. Not a bad tripel.

Clear amber pour with a thin, foamy white head. Aroma of berries and caramel. Tastes the same, pretty smooth but too sweet.

Pours a cloudy light orange with a medium fluffy head that recedes to a heavy film. Aroma is of yeast, light fruits (non-citric), spice, warm milk. Flavor is very tangy, in a good way, and sends shivers down me shoulders. A little chewing reveals dark and light fruit, nice medium spice balance, and cream. Very elegant for a light-colored ale. Booze is there, but never overpowering. Mellow chest warmth develops after the 3rd or so sip. Mouthfeel is hearty, above average. Would recommend to Tripel fans and non alike. Overall, very good minus.

12 OZ bottle served in a clear pint glass. Pours a Hazy, deep golden color with a thick billowy head, which leaves little lacing. Aroma is yeast, earth, honey, and light fruit. Taste is very much the same, but it has a dry finish. This was a very refreshing beer, as well as delicious.
