Pours a cloudy light orange with a medium fluffy head that recedes to a heavy film. Aroma is of yeast, light fruits (non-citric), spice, warm milk. Flavor is very tangy, in a good way, and sends shivers down me shoulders. A little chewing reveals dark and light fruit, nice medium spice balance, and cream. Very elegant for a light-colored ale. Booze is there, but never overpowering. Mellow chest warmth develops after the 3rd or so sip. Mouthfeel is hearty, above average. Would recommend to Tripel fans and non alike. Overall, very good minus.

12 OZ bottle served in a clear pint glass. Pours a Hazy, deep golden color with a thick billowy head, which leaves little lacing. Aroma is yeast, earth, honey, and light fruit. Taste is very much the same, but it has a dry finish. This was a very refreshing beer, as well as delicious.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of pale malts, light biscuit, slight alcohol, yeast, hops, and light fruit. Poured yellow/gold in color with a medium-sized, white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of smell to medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of light alcohol, grains, pale malts, light yeast, hops, and a hint of fruit. Medium body. Smooth texture. Soft to average carbonation. Malt, grain, light alcohol, and slight yeast finish is on the sticky side. 9%ABV is a little hot.

Nice light honey yellow color. Mild but pleasing aroma. Complex, spicy flavor, but a little bit of funkiness which definitely detracts. Full bodied palate. Bit of a hit and miss beer. I prefer their Samaranth.
