Poured a hazy pale yellow color with fluffy white head. Citrus aromas, honey, wheat, and a nice spicyness. Flavor is strong on the honey and the spices are quite noticeable. Nicely carbonated palate and very drinkable. Pretty solid.

33cl bottle. Hazy lemony yellow, almost disappearing white head. Dry grainy aroma with some wheat, noticable alcohol and faint white pepper. Flavor is sweet maltiness, light spices, alcohol and metholey hops. Medium to full bodied, mothfilling strong carbonation. Nothing too exciting, ABV shows a bit too much to really enjoy this.

A golden appearance with a large white head. Good lacing on the glass. The aroma contains lemons, spices, honey, and a hint of alcohol showing through. The flavor is rather sweet but also contains a citrus bite. I taste lemons, honey, spices, and maybe a hint of vanilla. Some alcohol shows up in the finish. The mouthfeel is carbonated. Overall a nice Tripel.

33 cl, 2007 vintage. Orange gold with a huge sponge on top that finally settles to a lasting disc of cream. Complex aromas of cheese, white wine, berries, corn and light citrus. Flavor is earthy honeycomb on top of cheese and white wine. Light wood and wheat finish. Smells kind of like a Saison, and tastes almost like a dry mead at times. Light-medium body is amazingly smooth for all the effervescence in the glass. Crunchy lacing everywhere.

Hazy pale orange with a thin white head, aroma is spicy and sweet/citrus and the flavour is similar with honeyed-slightly fizzy finish. Drinkable but not the best Tripel.

Bottle: At King’s Pub. Was 3x2 ! Good value for a well crafted triple.

Sweet, rich golden malt aroma, with honey, citrus, piney hops, fruity. Rather dull golden yellow, medium head, lots of floaties. Sweet flavor, with honey, fruits and citrus; herbal with restrained bitterness, a bit buttery. A bit of alcohol burn, as in the nose. Rich creamy palate. Full. A rich, creamy, and herbal tripel with restrained bitterness and moderate sweetness.
