Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours a massive white head and a golden blonde color. The nose is peppery with notes of grains and a hint of piney hops. Same flavors with banana, clove, a noticeable hops bitterness, and astringent alcohol that bites in the 1st couple sips. Mouthfeel is creamy and rounded. Soft/medium carbonation and medium/full body. Not bad, nothing special here.

Bottle. Light golden colour. Really nice aroma. Fruity and hoppy smell with a distinct touch of yeast. Sweet and hoppy flavor with a perfect small bitterness in the aftertaste.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a big, dense, fluffy, creamy, white head that dissipates very slowly leaving a moderate amount of lacing. Aroma of a Belgian tripel. Very yeasty, malty, and spicy. Sweet fruits. I am a little surprised at the very standard smell. Not really picking up a lot of hop aroma. There is some citrus backing, but for a beer named "Hop-It" I have to be a little disappointed. The taste is definitely hopped up on the other hand. Very bitter. Has that strong ale taste to it with a big bitter backing. Yeasty, lightly malted, boozy, spicy. Pretty quick and slightly oily on the palate with a very dry and bitter lingering finish. Medium bodied and very carbonated. Overall, I admit to liking this beer more and more as it warms up. At first it seemed a little off, but its growing on me. There are a ton of hops throughout, which at first threw off the balance for me, but its really settling nicely. Despite this, I still dont find myself overly impressed, although its more drinkable than I originally thought.

Poured from 750ml bottle mildly aggressive yields a slightly cloudy and hazy golden amber liquid, with a decent two finger head that fills up the snifter. Aroma was of a grainy sort of maltiness with some Scottish field grass, piney and herbal hoppiness, with some fruitiness is detectable with notes of candied pineapple. Flavour is rather complex, like strong wild yeast, vinegar, lemon pines, grassy hops, and honey malt goodness. Supremely balanced, well made Belgian IPA. Would love to try on tap.

750ml bottle from Bev4less. Pours a slightly hazy gold color with a big sudsy white head that has good retention and leaves plenty of lacing. The aroma has classic Belgian yeasts in the forefront with fruity esters and floral notes. The flavor is hoppy, but not overtly biter, and there are fruits, nuts and spices rounding out the sides and a touch of sour on the back end. The mouthfeel is medium with a good malt backbone, and the carbonation is very lively and prickly. Overall: I bought this not knowing what to expect and its not bad, but not great either. I probably won’t be purchasing this again with so many other good beer options available.

The cork comes off with a nice crisp pop. Pours a lively pale yellow, highly carbonated brew with a 2 finger, fluffy head that seems to take its time dissipating as it leaves a ton of lace in its’ wake. I will let it sit a moment. No need to rush it. A zesty, spicy brilliance that can has pineapple and apricot blended softly with a hint of lemon and/or lime in the midst of this floral masterpiece. Nice light zingy spiciness with a nice lively dance of carbonation on the is a long lasting flavor that is both floral and slightly bitter at the same time. Nicely balanced with really good flavor definitions. You can taste The fruity/bitter aftertaste help convince me of the full body of this beer. Fills every inch with a really nice feeling of drinking a good full beer. This beer is drinkable in the sense that it is delicious. With every sip you are reminded that this one is not for the faint of heart at 9.5%ABV. This beer puts many Triples and Goldens to shame.
