Jun 5, 2009 Cold corked 750 ml bottle: Pours a light orange/yellow color, is hazy and contains floating sediment, and a big, fluffy off-white head that eventually dissolves. Aroma and taste are of nice grains and yeast, with grassy hops, light fruits and white pepper. Medium bodied and smooth, with good carbonation. Ending is moderately bitter.

Jun 3, 2009 Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy golden beer with a tall creamy head. The nose reminds me of a mediocre tripel with melon, cork, yeast and chestnuts showing up. Sweet taste. Relatively low bitterness. Yeasty with a lot of melon, banana and cork emerging. Peppery with hints of white bread. Residual sugars in the finish. A easy drinkable beer which is too sweet to my liking.

Apparence: La couleur est blonde voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’orange avec une pointe d’épices. May 29, 2009 Dark gold with a HUGE 3-inch fluffy white head. earthy hop aroma. Flavor is hoppy and fruity with a dash of spice and yeast. Great!
