Bottle at home. Very spicy Bock. Scent is deep alcohol and dark fruit. Full-bodied, prickly with mild finish.

A deep red beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma is strongly fruity, but also with light notes of alcohol, peaches, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of peaches and dusty hops, leading to an end with a note of dried fruits. It lacks more body for the style.

This beer was shockingly sourish, almost like a Flemish, with a secondary bock sweetness. It worked, whether its intended or not. It was not long in my cellar. Poured a dark red, aroma was a bit like a flemish. Some rich spice, and it did not freeze the tongue. I finished the bomber.

Medium amber hue. Light body, but smooth texture. Good amount of yeast flavs and aromas from start to finish, bringing phenols. Hints of brown sugar and fruit (apple). Rich in the finish. Somewhat drying bitterness. Pleasant beer.

Bottle. Dark brown with red tints and a off-white head. Aromas are caramel and chocolate with tea and floral notes. Some lemon with roast malts. Flavours are spritzy lemon with chocolate malts. Some berry fruit with pepper. Sweet mollasses initially yet finishes with alcohol and liquorice. Very good.

Pours amber with patchy and fizzy off-white head, lasting and lined lacing. Aroma is floral hops and yeast (bandaid, earth, barn), butterscotch, malt (meal, straw) and ends with perfumey alcohol. Medium acidic and bitter hop and alcohol burn, medium sweetness, butterscotch and bandaids, cardboard and perfumey hops. Medium bodied and fizzy, dry palate.
