I notice lots of sediment suspended everywhere in my glass.Smell is sweet caramel, brown sugar, plums, rasins, and dates. Not powerful like some but very pleasant.Taste is a little tart and bitter and not near as sweet as I was expecting. I can feel a good alcohol burn. Rasins, pruins and the usual dark fruits make an appearance.
