Overall Impression: Nice tasty quad, strong alcohol flavor to it, but that flavor remains well hidden enough. Caramel is the strongest of a varied grouping of flavors blended together here. pinkzambia (989), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 17, 2009 Bottle: Clear, light brown color. Yeasty aroma and the taste is basically over the top yeast. Way too sweet, I thought it was pretty nasty. Slokop (97), Tilburg, Netherlands

Its head was a bit poor. The smell was good, but its taste was too sweet. It could use more bitters to mask or rather explore the sweetness. Less sweetness is also an option. But that would make a whole other beer. Respect thus for its palate, it is a unity.
