Bottle. Hazed amber with a small off-white head. Nose is spicy and floral with light fruit notes, sugar, and yeast. Light malt creaminess is evident as well. Taste is big spices and flowers with strong yeast notes. The candy sugar, malt and fruit take a back seat. Body is very carbonated and almost fizzy. Overall has a light feel to it. Finishes with more yeast, spicy hops, flowers, light sugar, and ripe fruits. Lots of carbonation "sharpness" during the finish as well.

Pours a dark gold. Spices are evident immediately in the nose and in the taste. The palate isn’t as thick as I expected, but it’s still a far cry from being thin. The malt lingers on the back of the tongue on the aftertaste. Good stuff.

Honey golden color, big white foamy head. Sweetish berry-like yeasty aroma. Smooth, very carbonated mouthfeel. Through the carbonation flavors appear just in the finish. Citrusy, sweet yeastyflavor with long bitterish, slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Otherwise enjoyable but too carbonated.

750 ml bottle with a cryptic date code, 17 JB.
Pours hazy golden color with a soapy 1" head.
Head recedes quickly to leave a 1/4" cap.
Lacing coats the glass in a thin sheet
Aroma is yeasty, bready, moderatly malty.
flavor is sour rasberries, strawberries, cherries with a light citrusy hoppy and tangy finish. like a rasberry lemonade without enough sugar.
I drank this on it’s own. It probably would go better with food. maybe some stuffed chicken breast dijon. Chicken, cream cheese, brown sugar, dijon mustard, butter. Just the thought of it helped cut the acidity. mmmm
