Light amber color. Somewhat vinous aroma with toffee, sherry and malt. Malty, sherry-like, just a bit alcoholic flavor with hints of oak and caramel. Nutty bitter aftertaste. Oxidated a little? Maybe, but it does suit the beer.

Beer aged in wood. Funky aroma and taste - band-aid, bready, sweet, subtle sourness and moldy. Tasted at Cracked Kettle tasting in Amsterdam June 5th.
