Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - March to May.
After Ushers closed their brewery in 2000 (but continued as a pub company, renamed to Innspired Pubs), the beer brands were taken on by Refresh UK and contract brewed at several locations, including Thomas Hardy and Wadworths. The Ushers seasonal brands are currently (late 2005) made at Wychwood.
The creamy toasted flavour from the Borders Oats is complemented by the light hop note from the Styrian Goldings.
