Clear on top, cloudy at the base. Average fine head. Yeasty aroma, soft flowery back. Mild notice of alcohol with hint of vanilla .Gentle texture, soft ale I would say due to strong yeasty character. Flat finish. Fairly light for strong Belgian.

Blond, light amber colour. Diminishing white head. Sweet aroma, fruity as well, comperable to a sweet white wine. Full palate, sweet, hints of alcohol. Finish is sweet but the bitterness is dominant, with again some hints of alcohol.

Light brown color, cloudy appearance. Big firm white head. Spicy, cherry, mildly vinous and yeasty aroma. Medium bodied. Orange, fruits, spices in flavor, mild alcohol, citrus and cherrys last in aftertaste.

(Bottled) Hazy dark amber color with a large, foamy head. Slightly vinous, perfumy aroma of lots of berries and quite strong alcohol presence. Bitter, a bit plasticky flavor of malt, sweet berries, anise and caramel. Quite a bit smoother with the yeast poured in. Medium-bodied, slicky, slightly foamy-carbonated palate. Wrestles in a totally different series than the excellent Val-Dieu Winter.

Orange hazy color with a half inch foam head consistantly on top. Aroma is a bit of orange and spice. Flavor is a smooth light malt with a backing of citrus. The palate is also pretty relaxed, and ends with a gentle hop bitterness.

Technically ok beer but very plane. Aroma of vegetable with a hint of citrus. Amber color, off-white head, good lace. Light sweet, citric, light bitter, medium body. That’s it.

Nice medium rocky head. Light orange color, soft carbonation. Yeast, vanilla, grains and peaches also slight alcohol nose - all in all medium. Nice honey, koriander and nutmeg taste but light. Peach and yeast taste comes through too - but thin bodied.

Smells of fresh cracked grains, gold amber color, spongy head. Sweet, sugary malt with hints of honey. Corriander and nutmeg spices too. Medium body. Like a honey-lemon tea.
