750 ML Corked... at Max’s in Baltimore... Sparkling clear, golden ale with a large, frothy, white head. Great retention and wispy, cirrus lacework. The nose is fruity and spicy. The flavor is sweet and fruity. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, sweet finish. A bit of a disappointment for me, but, by no means a less-than satisfactory beer..

Spicy yeast adds zip to the fruit salad juice notes...Fluffy carbonation and watery lightness lead to a faint and very easy aftertaste...A fruity, airy celebration with hoppy sensitivities which serves as a delightful reminder that you are living a nice moment...

Head is initially average sized, fizzy, white, mostly lasting. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie), moderately yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of clove, honey/sugar, and alcohol. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.

Yeast, fruit brown sugar in the aroma. Opaque hazy orange body with long-lasting white head that recedes with some lace. Gently tart peach flavour. Lightly puckering. Light body. Not effervescent but spritzy, engaging mouthfeel. Bottle (enjoyed with MartinT and Rastacouere).

Quite much rye in this one. Sour and malty aroma. Raisins in aroma and start. Malty and sweet flavour of sugar with a thick finish. Muddy colour.

Murky amber hue. Huge spectacular frothy white head, sticking to the glass, long-lasting. Spicy aroma with a ton of nuances at times approaching cloves, christmas cake, anise or ginger). Highly yeasty, minty, fruity (peaches, orange, apricot). Mild hop presence even. I love how this accomplishes a lot with low alcohol. Very fruity palate, almost vinous with apricot, melon and peach hints and close to as spicy as the nose. Very interesting mix, superbly tasy for 7%. Medium bodied, moderately high carbonation, almost foamy mouthfeel. Excellent execution imo, but there are better examples.

Tasty beer that is much lighter than I expected, It’s actually golden. Slightly acidic/winey flavour, with spice, on top of a slightly sweet malt base, a little bitterness to finish it off. A dry alcohol burn on the tongue.

Pours a light, clear amber with an average sized head. Sweet with a slight bitter finish with traces of spices.
