Bottle at home. Dark amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is typical of a belgian amber ale, a bit metallic, caramel, malts and some dark fruits. Flavour is soft and sweet, caramel, malts, some spices, a bit of yeast. Slightly dry alcohol finish. Smooth mouthfeel, medium to fullbodied. Enjoyable brew.

Cloudy amber-brown hue with a beige head, but falls quickly, toasted, caramelized malt nose, with some spicy nutmeg, dark dried fruit accents, of raisin, date and fig, with hint chocolate in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, sweet grainy toasty, caramelized malt character, with a note of cookie dough, some raisins, dates fruitiness, with a touch of candi sugar, a faint nutmeg spiciness, leading towards a mild chocolatey, malty finish.
