Pours a lightly hazy straw gold color with a medium white head. Smells of some citrus, and a little bit of spice, but mild overall. The taste had a definite little funkiness to it, almost a slight sourness that really didnt work for this beer. It was fruity for sure, spices were held to a minimum. The slight sourness had a lingering effect in the aftertaste that realy turned me off as well. Better options out there.

draft @ redlight redlight. Fient citrusy aroma, some sugars, spicy hops. Pours orange/blonde. Citrusy, some dry sugars, hints of noble hops enough to make their presence known and provide a slight bitterness. There’s some fruit evident, slight apple skin flavor, finishes really dry.

330ml bottle. Soapy white head with good retention. Pale golden, partial cloudy. Nice lacing on the glass. Sweet aroma of spicies and fruits. Taste of brown sugar, ripe fruits and a vanilla touch - in other words overrun by far too much sweetness. Dry ending and soft carbonation (22.07.2007).

Bottle, 33cl. Slightly unclear, yellow-golden beer with a lot of carbonation and a big, white head. Banana-ish, slightly lemony nose and a little fruityness. The flavor is fruity as well, with pale malt and spices joining in. There’s also a little bitterness and yeasty note. Long, fruity finish with yeast and spices, as well as a pleasant bitterness. It is too fizzy in the mouth, and with a medium fullness. I could wish for more complexity in the aroma, it is almost boring, but the flavor is nice. Definately a beer I can drink more of. (070721)

Bottle. This one poured out a pretty golden yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is yeasty and smells like bread dough with a light hint of both spice and alcohol to finish. Taste is again very yeasty but there is some substance and body to this beer yeast, malt, and spice blend well almost as if to challenge Duvel. An interesting one indeed and pretty good.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick white head that slowly dissipates. Has a somewhat fruity aroma. Hints of grape, apple, and pear.

Bottle. Had it also already from draft a moderate beer smoot and fruity taste. Nothing special

Bottle -- Deep cloudy yellow with active carbonation and lots of lees. Large fluffy white head that doesn’t last long but never totally disappears and leaves some lacing. Sweet, fruity aroma with yeast and a bit of spice and citrus. Flavour is smooth and light with some honey and some sourness. It actually reminds me of a deluxe version of a Belgian witbier.
