On draught in café de Hopduvel in Ghent. Fine lively beer with a light hazy yellow color and with a good white head. Fresh aroma’s with a faint citrussy accent and some touches of hops and fresh herbs. Refreshing mouthfeel with some citrus, pils-malts, blank wet wood (birch), hops and grass.

Light yellow color, hint of green. Medium rocky head leaving little fury laces on the glass. Citrus, slightly sulphury and artificial nose. Light vanilla taste, a bit sweet. No body. Good I take notes, otherwise I would have forgetten about this beer in no time.

Well, certainly *pours* blonde looking. Nice head and lacing, too! Aroma is a bit on the sour side with some nice spices, but to style. Ya’ know, the easiest way to describe this is to call it a solid Belgian Ale. Nicely done.

33 cl bottle. Nice dough and flowery aroma comes from the puffy white head. Taste is hay with a little bit of honey. An excellent blonde. Light candi sugars and light spices make this awesome.

Grainy, cereal nose with some sulfur, hazy pale gold yellow color, lathery head with some lacing. Looks good but doesn’t quite smell right. Light pale malt body with some citrus and vanilla tones. A fleeting dry spiciness comes at the end. Light and refreshing. Weak, but I liked it overall.

This beer has a light, golden body. The feel is crisp on the palate. I enjoyed the flavor quite a lot.

33cl BB Apr/06 Had to leave about 4oz in the bottle due to protein precip. Still pours hazy and chunky, very carbonated. Smells of bananas & oranges, floral. Tastes very fruity. Light body, dry, slight bitterness in the finish. OK, but nothing to rave about. Still it has its place as a nice fruity light ale.

On tap Flying Saucer San Antonio. Every beer at the Flying Saucer seems to taste better when those young ladies deliver it with a smile. Golden hazy with a nice head. wonderful aromas with a ban. flavor.
