11.2 oz bottle 5/3/09 (Binny’s Naperville)-Pours a hazy cloudy yellow with a nice big white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, and spices. Taste of spices, malt, yeast, and a little hops. This light to medium bodied brew is quite drinkable with nothing to write home about.

Bottle. Hazy yellow body with a fluffy big white head. Yeasty aroma with some fruit and malt. More yeast in aroma with a hoppy touch and some citric fruity notes. Light to medium bodied. Bit dull and average blonde ale.

Hazy straw yellow pour with a large white head. Spice aroma with some malt and light fruits. Strong spices in the flavor along with yeast and a touch of hot alcohol in the finish.

This beer pours a clear champagne gold with a large soapy white head and a moderate amount of visible carbonation. The aroma is faint with malt, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is not big, either. It shows spice, earthiness, alcohol, candi sugar, and caramel. This beer is pleasant and easy to drink but lacks substance.

Nice appearance with a hazy blond body, delicious lacing white head. Fine sourish and spicy coriander aroma with a light hop. After a while when the beer warmed up the nose and the flavor get richer. Medium body with a fine fruity and musty sweet malt, sourish yeast, fine coriander and hop spices. Fine carbonation, delicious aftertaste. Fine and drinkable belgian ale.

Pours very pale yellow, hazy, big white head. Dry, crisp flavor. Spicy hops - saaz? Definitely smells like some pilsners. "Eggshell" flavor. Doesn’t really stand out, but it’s easy drinking which is good.

Appearance: Pours a clear, aside from all that little yeast flecks, effervescent body with a tall, airy, white head. Smell: Tangy-scented, sweet-smelling bouquet with notes of citrus, spicy hops, yeast, and, to a somewhat lesser degree, bananas. Taste: Pale, pilsner maltiness with a big sugary, honey-hinted sweetness. Spritz of tangy lemon juice, maybe even a bit of lime, and heck, maybe some tangerine in there, too. Hints of unripe bananas. Spicy Noble hops with a mild bitterness. Slight yeastiness. Crisp, fruity, sweetish finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Well carbonated, like drinking a Sprite. Drinkability: A lively, sweet, but still refreshing Belgian ale.

Bottle from Frits. Fast-rising head. Yellow colour. Nice, citrusy aroma. Spicy, smooth, buttery even. Not much of a kick to it. Watery and murky finish.
