Small, light head - somewhat hazy in appearance although not nearly as present as some of its Belgian counterparts. Deceivingly light palate with loads of flavor - light citrus with hints of apples and figs. Not overly present with spice - this is a beer I could drink regularly if it was more available; unfortunately I live in NC...

Bottled. Hazy golden. Estery and fruity. Firm with balanced sweetness and notes of curacao and wheat malt. Some grassy hops creates a nice, bitterish finish. I truly enjoyed this beer!

Sampled from bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick, creamy white head and wonderful lacing. Aroma is delicate with bananas, citrus and mild spices. Masterfully balanced flavor with candy sugar, banana, plums and subtle, spicy hops all present. Full-bodied, but not viscous, moderately carbonated. The best part of this beer is catching a bit of the creamy head with each sip. The mouthfeel is incredible and this ale is way too eay to drink.

Bottle, 33 cl. Tasted this first at Zwevegem in august. Since than ill tasted this many times. Golden yellow color with a cloud in the middle from the yeasties. Aroma was a mix some spices and floral notes. F lavor was solid, some spices, some sweet fruity, honey ?, and a nice dry and hopped finish. Good.

33 cl bottle. Nice dough and flowery aroma comes from the puffy white head. Taste is hay with a little bit of honey. An excellent blonde. Light candi sugars and light spices make this awesome.
