3 bottle Gift pack. Dark reddish brown in color. Aroma of malts. Flavor of Dr. Pepper!!! Fruits, like prunes, and some nuts. A little too fizzy for a dark fruit cake . Still very refreshing. Not a mind-blowing beer. Very textbook for the style, I feel.

on tap. nice rich brune. First time i’ve seen this around and I was very please. Neither to heavy nor to sweet. Right where it should be with a nice malt flavor and a light bown color

Bottled at Horsens Beerfestival. Unclear, brown with a beige head. Roasted aroma with coffee and caramel. The flavor is sweet and spiced with dried fruits and some coffee. Medium to full body. I expected more from this. (061028)

Darker brown with a nice sized tan head. Slight sediment at the bottom of the glass. Aroma was brown bread with spice and caramel tones. Flavour was slightly sweet and brown sugary with undertones of light aciditiy. Medium mouthfeel and slight alcoholic tinge. Kind of plain.

Bottled. Dark ruby red colour, with sediments floating around. Head is big, fluffy and brownish and leaves lace. Aroma is barnyard and alcohol. Slight hints of malts. Very boring aroma in fact. Flavour is metallic, yeasty and some alcohol. Slight nuttyness also when it gets a bit warmer. Quite barnyardish and earthy in the finish and aftertaste. Surprisingly thin palate. Not too bad, just boring.

Reddish brown with a thick tan head. Malty aroma, some alcohol. The flavour is not as rich as I had expected, however, malty with a slight tart edge, some alcohol some belgian yeast flavours. An average dubbel.
