Has a fruity spice aroma... mostly peach, pear, and a bit of white wine. Carmelly peach rind taste, figgy, and a light pear finish. A touch of yeast and some resiny sweetness in the body. Pretty good, but the sweetness seems a little much at times. Cornfield (4966), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

The head stays around for the drink, thickly coating the glass. The aroma is of caramel malts, dark fruits, and some spiciness. This is very soft in the mouth. The taste is yeastfully fruity atop a solid caramel malting. The alcohol, even at 8% abv, doesn’t really make its presence known until it gets into your system. This is a very smooth drink with a clean, quiet finish.
