(Bottled, at the Helsinki Beer Festival 2004) Dark brown/amber color, small head. Caramel-malty, syrupy, sourish aroma. Malty, sweetish, fruity flavor with hint of licorice and beans. Quite light-bodied palate for a dubbel.

Pours a copper brown with delicate cream head. Small mushrooms of cream sprout up from the liquid. Mild malt flavor with slight spice of coriander and citrus. Caramel/bubble gum sweetness. Subtle but not overwhelming.

Poured a nice dark brown color with a thick white head. The flavor was of dried fruit, maybe figs, and the finish was smooth. Well done.

A soft nose, mild with light spice. Cloudy pour. Malty flavor with a candied aftertaste. Overwhelming taste of treacle. Seems like it would probably be good with desert.

A disapointment. Dark-brown, medium head. Some sweetness in both aroma and flavor, hard to find anything more.

750 ml. Pours a fizzy orange with the perfect fluffy head. Lightly fruity and unascertive aroma. Flavor is malty and carmelly. Not bad. Nothing ascertive but decent for the style.

Dark ruby red. Nice fruity esters in the nose. Nice lacing. Notes of plum and raisin in flavor. Good malt body with a creamy mouth feel. Little to no bubble gum. This is a good beer. I don’t like it as much as there triple though.
