Good brown beer. I saw the brewery and have to say that it looked very good. The beer as a nice color, not to dark, just lovely brown. The taste was not clear but still good. The alcoholpercentage was not to high so I like it for once a week.

11.2 oz bottle from Lucan Liquor in KC. Poured a dark, clear, brown, with a lofty head off white/beige in color. Pleasant aroma of ripe fruit with molasses/honey/nutty... very pleasant on a cold KC afternoon. Wonderful on the sweet side with a decent hold time in the mouth. I sampled this brew at a bit over the suggested temperature as I find that brings out more depth of flavor and aroma. A great brew that I will buy more of. Price was ~$3.50/bottle.

Bottle. Brown body with a frothy off white head. Sweet malty aroma with lots of dark fruit, dark mollasse, caramel and light plums. The flavour is sweet with some spices and yeast. Ends up light spicy and sweet.

Pours a dark brown color with a tan color head. Aroma of roasted malts and dry fruits. Flavors of deep roasted malts and some caramels, spices, and liquorice and dry plum fruits. Good carbonation and a sweet bitter and dry finish. Lots a great flavors and complexity. A wonderfull beer.

Bottle - 330ml. Dark brown body with average off-white foamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with plummy, grape, and dark cherries hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Taste carries grainy and yeasty notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Good Dubbel.

Julio’s Belgian Beer Festival. Sample. Another one I do not remember to clearly due to the vast amount of sampling. I made note of it on my sheet so it must have been pretty good.
