Golden beer that turns cloudy only after you pour the sediment in. cider-like appearance with a sudsy beer cap. Smells like pineapple with a slight sourness to it, reminiscent of some grand crus. Distinct sour notes throughout the beer, with slight moldiness. Alcohol is barely noticable.Effervescent mouthfeel with an initial carbonation explosion that quickly evaporates off the tongue. Full, flavorful, and round: a good drinking experience.

750. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head and a bit of sediment. Sweet and full malty aroma maybe some honey. Full body and minimal carbonation. Sweet taste, mostly oxidized apples, but some other fruit as well. Lightly spicy finish.

Bottle from BOE 29-09-07 Poured a dark warm golden colour that got slightly hazy as some of the yeast made it’s way into the glass. Aroma struck me as being slightly artificial at first not sure why, but then I noted yeast and spices after a little while. A warming, big spicey, yeasty and fruity tripel, little sweet maybe but one that got better after what was a lacklustre start.

Cloudy dark gold pour, large head with layers upon layers of lacing. Aroma is yeasty, earthy, and pleasantly sweet in a calm way. Slightly flat on the palate, the abv has mellowed and is virtually unnoticed. Thin finish for such a big beer. Many common Tripel characteristics are found in the flavor. Fruity and sweet with a musty malt and grassy earthiness. Not very complex and really mellow. I’m curious as to the age of this bottle, seems like it may have had plenty of time to age and thin down a bit. Not offensive, rather easy to drink for the style.

Pours out a murky light brown color with a nice white head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty. Flavor was very similar with nothing to suprising. Overall not a bad brew but nothing i would bend over backward to drink again.

Bottle... Cloudy golden ale with both really big and very small, white floaties tooling about the glass. Small, creamy, white head with great retention. Yeasty aroma of leavened bread dough right before it goes into the oven. Surprisingly, I’m picking up almost no phenols; just sweet pale malts and yeast in both the aroma and flavor... crystal and pilsener maybe? Aged hops provide a semblance of balance as does a whisper of acidity. Medium to full-bodied and lightly creamy with lively carbonation. Breadsy, sweet, but also astringent, finish.

Hazy golden amber body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel, candi sugar and light spice aroma. Sweet caramel, yeast and light fruit flavor. Strong sticky sugary aftertaste.
