The only dissapointing thing aboout this trple was the light golden color. Well balenced carbination with a delicious slightly spiced fruity flavor. Loved this beer.

On Tap Hamiltons. A golden amber color with a moderate head and balanced carbonation. Spicy, caramel, biscuity and subtle fruit plays in the nose and taste. the beer has a moderate mouthfeel.

Sampled during Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Friday evening beer tasting in St Paul, MN. Pours a amber tinted golden brew (with sediment) with a thick and fizzy white head that as excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of apricots, caramel malt, earthy herbs, yeast and some ripe peach. Taste is medium bodied, well carbonated, with flavors of Belgian yeast, apricots, caramel malt and a touch of vanilla. Finish is a little gritty, fruity and a nice yeast/malt aftertaste with a nice alcohol bite.

33 cl. bottle - pours golden with much increasing haze by the 2nd pint; mild spicy aromas and mild flavors as well; but oh so sooth and rich

A dark blond beer with a white head. A spicy aroma. Nicely balanced flavor of a mild hop bitterness and malty sweetness.
