Pours a amber tinted golden brew (with sediment) with a thick and fizzy white head that as excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of apricots, caramel malt, earthy herbs, yeast and some ripe peach. Taste is medium bodied, well carbonated, with flavors of Belgian yeast, apricots, caramel malt and a touch of vanilla.
