33cl bottle. Opaque, straw-coloured beer with a weak head. Aroma’s of banana and apple giving the beer a fresh-sweet smell. A good balance between bitterness and sweetness and a fizzy, fruity salty somewhat citric palate. This beer combines the bitter-sweetness of fruit-beers with the wholesome solidness of tripel-beers.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour with frothy white head. Aroma offers fruit esthers and alcohol. Flavor has slightly sweet malt, weak hoppy notes and yeast. Rather short alcoholic finish.

Tap at the Muddy Pig. Thick, golden honey color, lasting head. Nose of pears, pistachios, candied almonds. Rich nutty flavor with a hint of green apple. Plenty of caramelized sugars. Dryness and acidity in a fairly cheap Chardonnay vein. Finishes with a mouthful of compost air and wet cattiness. Smooth palate could use a little more bite. Definitely within reason, but hardly memorable.

750 mil bottle. Nice peach/banana/tangerine aroma. Hazy yellow orange color with giant white fluffy head. Sweet and mildly vinous apple/peach flavor - hint of bitterness with a moderate alcohol burn. Nice enjoyable tripel.
