Bottle. Typical complex aroma for a Belgian, spices, clove, and banana. A touch fizzy and watery in the mouth. Complex beer -- starts with a metallic flavor and finishes long with flavors of apple, black pepper, and alcohol (but no burn or strong booziness). Smooth for a 9% ABV but less smooth than many tripels also around this strength. Better than the Val-Dieu Blonde. Enjoyable Belgian tripel.

Hazy yellow gold hue, with a frothy white head, with some flake of lees swirling around, leaving laces, yeasty, raw pale malt nose, with a faint fruity note of citrus fruits, hint of honey in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, spicy, pale malt character, with a sweet honeyed note, an alcoholic warmth accent, faint oranges and lemons fruitiness, leading towards a sweet pale malt and a lingering hop bitterness finish.

33cL bottle. Poured a hazy gold color, with a foamy white head. Had a sharp buttery flavor with a short finish. Fairly good triple.

Bottle. High creamy lasting white head. Clear golden body. Apple pear peach banana sweet aroma. Pleasant baley flavor, sweet and well rouned. Alcohol very well hidden. Long dry aftertaste.

Draft, London Pub Aalborg. Golden with big head. Aroma and taste of flowers, fruit and citrus. Too much alcohol taste in the finish and a bit too sweet. I´ve tried better triples than this, so 2.3 is enough.

Yellow/golden with a very nice head. The aroma is fresh and full with floral notes of malt. The flavour matches the aroma and it’s sweetish with notes of fruit, alcohol and nice citrus bitter finish.

Garrafa. Coloração âmbar clara turva, com um fantástico creme branco denso, cremoso e persistente. Frutada e floral. Complexa, mas suave. Equilibradíssima. Perfeita! Levemente amarga e adocicada. Suave é a palavra! Carbonatação média/baixa. Completa, sem exageros.

Indescritível taste of floral of malt. An WONDERFUL ale Tripel, for to say the minimum........................................... Indescritível gosto de floral de malte. Uma Ale Tripel MARAVILHOSA, pra dizer o mínimo. 2007 - Leitosa, maltada, destaca-se o aroma e o final de hortelã (!). Cravo, damascos, especiarias, fermento e notas florais levemente doces.
