11.2oz bottle pours cloudy golden with a fluffy white head that stays pretty well and laces down the glass. Aroma is yeast, apple, bannana, and corriander. Flavor is much of the same. Palate is smooth and airy with a nice clean finish. A pretty nice triple. Probably the best of the 3 from this brewer that I’ve tried tonight.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is very citrusy. (is this a triple or a hefe?) Flavor is very musty with a nice dose of corriander and yeast. Alcohol is hidden well. Won’t win any awards but still a nice rep of the style.

Draught at Magnolia in Durham, NC. Clear golden color with thin white head. Alcohol, yeast and granny smith apples round out the aroma. Yeast and alcohol come out again in the flavor. Moderately carbonated.

Bottle: Another very effervescent beer as expected from this Belgium. Pale orange hue with a fluffy, long-lasting white head. NIce lacing. Flavor started of very sweet and fresh in the beginning. The palate exploded with bubbles. IT finished rather clean. I was expecting it to be like Duvel, but it was not as flavorful.

Golden color with a light frothy white head. Sweet taste, goes down smooth. One of the better triples I have had.

Appearance: gold amber, the aroma are floral and orange with creamy palate. The final is round, malty and lightly sweet. Very pleasant and good triple.

brewtopia 11-12-05. Poured hazy, small head. Mostly yeast nose, some fruits. The abv is well hiddden. Good brew.

Pour is initially mostly clear, with an ok fluffy head that fades and leaves pretty good lace. Mostly bready pils malt aroma with light spice and yeast hints. More light bready malts, ligth dough flavors, hints of esters and spice, but malt dominated and maybe some hop bitterness. Overall too clean and one-dimensional for a tripel. Needs more spices, esters, yeasts etc...
