| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 16, 2005 Mid gold colour. Hazy, with a scant head. Aroma has zesty orange and peppery spice. More oranges in the flavour - reminded me of marmalade. Some underlying bitterness. The mouthfeel isn’t very expansive but becomes a bit sticky. Seville oranges feature in the bittersweet finish. There’s a warming glow in the aftertaste but the alcohol isn’t to intrusive. No great depth but this is pleasant, clean and (relatively) easy-drinking tripel. 330ml bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 22, 2005 Bottle, 2003: Mostly transparent golden with a nice large white foamy head, moderately sustaining. Aromas of yeast and candy notes. Flavor is fruity sweet, dough/bread, slight alcohol (though hidden well for the most part). Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jun 12, 2005 33 cl 2003 bottle. Cloudy gold with a sturdy white head. Aroma is nicely both sweet and sugary. Taste is really sweet with some lemon, apple and tangerine. I get some rose flavor in the finish and the abv is masked really well. 5000 (2634), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 5, 2005 Bottle: Cloudy yellow, pale, large white rocky head, super sticky lacing, soft carbonation.   Fruity nose, noticable heat, slightly medicinal.   Fruity floral start, slightly bready, but the back end falls off quickly.   ABV is well hidden on the tongue.   Body and mouthfeel arent as full as I had hoped for this one.   Fairly clean finish, semi-sweet fruitiness lingers.   Decent, but doesn’t seem to pack a punch.

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 3, 2005 I always saw this one at the store and was curious... recently I finally decided to just go ahead and pick it up.
I’m glad I decided that... this beer is pretty darn good if you ask me. It pours a nice hazy golden color and has a decent-enough amount of sediment. This beer is nice, creamy, fruity and has good body.
I expected this beer to have a higher score here on RB, but what gives. JK (2967), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 29, 2005 Cloudy orange. Initiallly there is a large head, that fades and only remains in a few spots on top of the beer. Light fruit aromas. More light fruit in the taste with some wheat. Light and refreshing, but lacks the complexity of some triples, like Tripel Karmeliet. SledgeJr (3003), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | May 18, 2005 In the bottle from Gomers. Pours a dark gold, almost orange color. Off white head. Enormous chunks of yeast dribble out of the bottle rendering the ale quite cloudy as you swirl it. Perfume sweet aroma with a yeasty smell. Mild in its palate. Cleverly conceals its high test ethanol content. Slight tartness, but mostly a subtle medicine sweetness. Nothing as pronounced as many triples which I have enjoyed.
