This is an OK tripel--but there are better tripels out there. Still, a nice degree of spice undertones makes for a pleasant tasting experience.

yeasty smell, medium biscuity texture, smooth, high alcohol and eggshell medicinal yeasty aftertaste, partly arising from taste of white pepper and pear, sweet tangerine. Carbonation above average.

(bottle) Pale and hazy orange colour with a medium foamy white frothy head. Aroma of yeast and citrus fruit peel with a hayish hoppy note. Quite spicy on the tongue, faint sweet, it is initially malty, then turns spicy (coriander) and develops a fruity (banana), slight bitterhoppy aftertaste. Good !

From a bottle. Lovely golden color with a thick and long lasting white head. Chunks floating all around in this one. Flavor is slightly grassy with some fruits. Great flavor reminds me of spiced apples and honey. Good mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

This is a new brewer for me, and the first time I have had this beer. Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy and yeasty. The flavor is sweet, surprisingly spicy, yeasty and has a notable honey element. This was a rather pleasant triple that I will have to come back to again.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Deep golden color (opaque yellow-orange with yeast) with a medium, lacy head. Very mild, buttery, slightly acidic and sweet aroma with smooth, grassy hops. Sweet, honeyish, pale-malty flavor with some soapy dish-washing liquid. Mild, acidic and sweet finish. Hides the ABV quite well. Light to medium-bodied, smooth palate with balanced carbonation. A rather plain, very basic, very easily drinkable and slightly cardboardy triple. Quite disappointing flavorwise.
