A murky yellow appearance with a moderate white head and some good lacing. The aroma is lemon, spices, and pears. The flavor is a bit on the sour side with a some lemon and apricots. It has a rather soft mouthfeel and a citrusy aftertaste. Quite a nice Tripel here.

Pours from the 330cl bottle with a beautiful lght gold color. Has a small soapy looking head. Sweet fruity aroma of pears and red grapes. Also has hint of nutmeg. The taste is a bready cinnamon. A medium mouthfeel backs this up. The flavors also has apples and warming alcohol. A solid entry in the style.

750ML Bottle. Figured I would tackle this one tonight. Spicy aroma that matches the taste at first. Had a little citrus twist to it, but left a very smooth taste. Mild head that left quickly, white of course. I actually enjoyed this more than I thought I would granted the ratings. Gave a great buzz that dissapated quickly with no regret, granted the size of the bottle:) *watch out for that yeasty bottom. Will need to be spun*

On tap: Aroma is hard to pick up. A little spicey, a little hoppy I guess. Pours a hazy yellow with an ok head. Malty fruity flavor. Somewhat citrus with light hop finish. Lightly malty aftertaste.

April 2004. Hazy blonde with a yeasty lemony aroma, a little tart. Sweet confectionnary sugar with alittle spiciness and oranges, and good alcohol warmth. Creamy mouthfeel.

the aroma is very strange, very bitter outhouse character, somewhat hard to explain. The taste is on the sweeter note, easy going, some spices but very little, it´s nicely balanced taste wise, but it´s lacking a bit of something .. not bad but not breathtaking for the style

Pale orangish golden, aroma of honey, and light spice, sweet , soothing , not overly complex but pleasant and satisfying, enjoyable

Golden to orange in color. Tall off white head. Sweet apricot aroma with mild yeast and orange zest playing backup. Sweetish flavor with apricots and caramel hanging around. Some dry/yeasty notes. Full bodied and decent to end the night with.
