Cask (handpump) at the Rook & Gaskill, York, October 2006. Light amber colour with a generous ration of citric hop. Crisp, dry mouthfeel. Not very Autumnal but a decent quaffing bitter.

Cask, The Last Plantagenet, Leicester. Golden with a dense cream head. Aromas are grapefruit and lots of hops. Crisp with green pine. Flavours are bitter, dry hops with citrus. Woody and dry with a long bitter grapefruit finish. Very good.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. An amber, flat looking beer. The aroma is thin and watery and has apply fruit skin notes. The taste is more of the same. Disappointing but probably past its best.

Cask Conditioned at The Stags Head, Swalcliffe, Oxon. Brown copper beer with a foamy dull head. Easy drinking light, smooth beer at a middling ABV. A little perfumy on the nose, the hops have to be searched for, but maybe this was because of the sparkler being used.
