Bottle. Deep amber colour, medium-sized head. Chocolate and fruit aroma. Chocolate dominates the taste as well, though fruit and a drier finish makes this quite a wel-balanced beer. A bit too light body. Quite nice.

Bottle. Amber brown with a small head. Aromas are malty with chocolate and cookie dough. Fruity wih some spiciness and yeast. Flavours are sweet malts with berries and some lemon fruitiness. Dry and bitter on the finish. A solid bitter.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A dark amber coloured beer. The aroma and taste are fruity and malty with maybe a hint of candied peel. Quite Christmassy and has a cakey feel to it. Interesting tasty and different.
