0.5L bottle, big fruthy head that diminishes in size quickly but lasts for quite a while. Murky melange of brown and dark orange colours. Strong aroma of malt and wheat with bubblrgum and some spices, flavours of bubblegum, banana, apricot and some spice with toasty whiffs. Dry, short, sourish finish.

Bottle: quite malty, wheaty notes, some banana, some bubble gum, some toasted notes, some weak sour notes, some metallic notes, a little weird, ok but not more then this.

Draught at Temple Bar Cinemall in Haifa. 5.3%. Cloudy reddish brown color with a medium, slightly creamy, beige head. Aroma has nice wheaty fruitiness with some banana and a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with some banana, toasted bready malt, a bit of caramel, spicy notes and a slightly dry finish. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. A really good Dunkelweizen.

Bottle. Banana, clove, and toffee wheat malt aroma. Cloudy brown color with an orange tint and moderate head. Toffee/caramel wheat malt and banana flavor with a hint of clove. An extremely well made dunkelweizen - excellent.

Grapefruit color with big head and floral, malty aroma. Flavor includes malt, bubble gum, and the requisite banana. Not too sweet, and there is a touch of bitter and sour as well. Very lively carbonation. Flavorful hefe that avoids being too dessert-like.

I bought this beer at an Italian restaurant in Heidelberg, and I thought it was one of the best in the region (west central Germany). Overall the most disappointing aspect of this beer was its extremely light color. Had kind of a dry palate as well. A good beer to have once I would say.
