Commercial Description:
The ancient warriors of Scandinavia drank mead to fight better. Mead is brewed of honey, herbs and spices. The taste is very sweet and alcoholic and not like normal beer. When you brew it at home it normally gets an alcohol percentage of 13-15%. Today there are no commercial mead brewers, only some micro brewers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Medicin, honey and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is a bit cloying. LIght alcohol, honey and a light chemical touch. Thin. Sweetish and cloying end.

Pale blond color. The aroma is quite flowery (elderflowers), with a light vanilla touch. Sweet and lightly flowery flavor, not syrupy as other Meads, with a light cake touch, and with some alcohol. Average.

700 ml bottle, RBNAG07. Very pale golden colour. No head. Strong appley aroma. Smooth texture. Gentle apple flavours with hints of honey. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Light smooth texture. Nice mead and is actually very drinkable.

Clear golden with no head. Aroma has strong alcohol notes a long with flowers, fruits and perfurmy sweet notes. Lacks the pressence of honey.
