Pale blond color. The aroma is quite flowery (elderflowers), with a light vanilla touch. Sweet and lightly flowery flavor, not syrupy as other Meads, with a light cake touch, and with some alcohol. Average.

Apr 21, 2008 Ceramic bottle 70 cl [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Body was clear with a golden honey like color. Aroma of fruity sweet, honey, raisins, alcohol, butter. Medium to full bodied with an alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Sweet finish.

Mar 20, 2008 700 ml bottle, RBNAG07. Very pale golden colour. No head. Strong appley aroma. Smooth texture. Gentle apple flavours with hints of honey. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Light smooth texture. Nice mead and is actually very drinkable.
