A light yellow mead with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet and dominated by honey, but also with a strong alcohol presence. Nice mead.

Oct 4, 2008 Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, some sou wood and mild spicyness. Flavour is honey, herbs, mild spicy burning notes. Some slight hints of alcohol too. Anise in finish.

Sep 7, 2008 75 cl bottle. Color like white wine, no head. Elder aroma, sweet, honey, sugar and some fruit. Sweet honet flavor, sugar, syrup, some apples. Too sweet, but alcohol is well hidden.

Jun 27, 2008 Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Medicin, honey and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is a bit cloying. LIght alcohol, honey and a light chemical touch. Thin. Sweetish and cloying end.

Pale blond color. The aroma is quite flowery (elderflowers), with a light vanilla touch. Sweet and lightly flowery flavor, not syrupy as other Meads, with a light cake touch, and with some alcohol. Average.
